New product launch in the Polish market with the Wege Siostry brand. Last year the company was backed financially and technologically by Hochland, which holds a 25% stake in this promising startup.

The sisters have specialized in plant-based solutions based on cashew nuts and have got quite long portfolio of analogues as: vegan butter, cheese, and parmesan.

A new product imitates cheese spread and has a good short ingredient list containing: 14% cashew nuts, fava bean (ATURA) and pea protein isolates, water, coconut oil and starch. It is a fermented recipe with a creamy texture and comes in three flavours - classic, black pepper and onion. The first production batch required an order for 100kg of fava isolate. The accurate annual demand is currently being analysed.
